No payment will be charged to your credit card until your booking is confirmed.
We usually respond within 48 hours to confirm your tour. If we’re unable to accommodate your request — for example, if no guide is available or if the museum is fully booked — we’ll let you know as soon as possible, and you won’t be charged anything.
Once your booking is confirmed, we immediately begin preparing your tour and commit to costs — particularly for museum and monument reservations — that cannot be refunded by our partners. For this reason, all bookings are considered final and non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.
However, if you need to cancel well in advance of your scheduled tour (at least 3 weeks before the date), a partial refund may be possible but not guaranted. In this case, cancellation fee might be deducted to cover administrative and reservation costs.
For outdoor tours, rescheduling may also be considered under the same conditions, subject to availability.
We understand that plans can change or mistakes can happen. You can certainly postpone your tour. However, please note that museum tickets are often non-refundable, as most museums do not offer us refunds. In such cases, you may need to purchase new entry tickets for the rescheduled date
👟 For outdoor tours (in public gardens or neighborhoods), you can add extra participants at no additional cost, as long as the maximum group size of 22 people is not exceeded.
🏛️ For museum and monument tours, it depends on the venue and the type of reservation. Major Paris museums have strict group size policies that we must comply with.
For example, if you book a private Louvre tour for up to 6 people, it will not be possible to add a 7th participant — even with an extra fee.
